I worked with Ian during the early part of my professional career in the Airline catering industry and I have to say I'd never met anyone else during that time or even up to now that had the knowledge, experience, optimism, enthusiasm, drive and spirit to start or achieve the things that he has. If ever there was a project on the table that needed some inspiration and out of the box thinking to get it moving because it had stalled this man always had an idea that would work. A great inspiration to me in my career and I'm sure has been to many others too. If anyone ever needs any advice about the travel catering industry or catering in general this is the go to man. It's an absolute privilege to say that I had the opportunity to work with Ian.
